Cleaning upholstery can be challenging in that there are so many fabrics and materials used in furniture. We have the knowledge and skill to handle each one. We use hot water (steam) extraction to clean the majority of upholstery fabrics. We use a specialized tool that thoroughly flushes the fabric without penetrating through to the padding or cushion. The fabric dries quickly.
There is a chance you own a piece that we determine the fabric should not be cleaned with water. In this case we use a dry cleaning process we perform by hand. This process cleans and refreshes the fabric without the risk of color loss or shrinkage. We would use this process for the same reasons you may opt to send your expensive suit to a local dry-cleaner instead of tossing in the washing machine.
