Our service includes:
1) Thoroughly evaluate your cleaning needs and note problem areas that will need extra attention. This is done at the beginning of each job or during your FREE estimate.
2) Pre-vacuum all areas to be cleaned. This is an important step before any moisture is introduced to your carpet to remove as much dry soil as possible. Our high power truck-mounted unit also is vacuuming the whole time during the cleaning process which further removes soil that no ordinary vacuum cleaner can get.
3) Precondition all areas to be cleaned with our environmentally preferred cleaning agent. This is what begins to dissolve built up grimy, oily soils that only deep cleaning will remove. We will also use any specialized spotting agents on spots that need extra attention.
4) Now the true cleaning begins! We thoroughly extract your carpet using our hot water extraction (steam clean) process. Your carpet is flushed and rinsed with soft water and left free of harmful residue. Our high powered truck-mounted extractor heats to a high temp to dissolve soil and the powerful vacuum removes it from your home or place of business.
5) Deodorize and groom the carpet. This gives us the opportunity to evaluate our work and make sure everything has been left clean and ready for you to enjoy. If you purchased carpet protector, this will also be applied at this point.
6) The hot water (steam) extraction process has improved greatly over recent years and we are able to leave your carpet cleaner and drier than ever before. It is however a wet clean process so please allow for dry time. We will advise you on how to speed up drying.
